Composed by a Falun Dafa practitioner in the U.S., this beautiful song is highly treasured by practitioners around the world. Sara first sang "De Du" publicly while being transferred by bus along with a number of other Western practitioners to a detention center in China, after they were arrested for protesting the persecution at Tiananmen Square. Up to that point, the Chinese police were shouting at the practitioners to sit down and be quiet, but when Sara stood up and started to sing, it was the police who settled down and became quiet, and the young guard standing next to her had tears in his eyes.
Lyrics:
Luo ru fan jian shen chu
Mi shi bu zhi gui lu
Zhan zhuan qian bai nian
Xing yu shi zun pu du
De du, de du
Qie mo ji yuan zai wu
De du, de du
Qie mo ji yuan zai wu
We have fallen to this maze
Helpless, lost can't find the way
Searching thousands of years
One day Master reappears
Be saved, be saved
Please don't miss this chance again
Be saved, be saved
Please don't miss this chance again
Luo ru fan jian shen chu
Mi shi bu zhi gui lu
Zhan zhuan qian bai nian
Xing yu shi zun pu du
De du, de du
Qie mo ji yuan zai wu
De du, de du
Qie mo ji yuan zai wu
